Julia Voß

Born in 1994, studied Business Psychology at Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences in Kamp-Lintfort - graduated with an M.Sc. in International Management & Psychology. After completing her studies, two years of work in international personnel development for a pump manufacturer and approx. one year of experience in project management of an agile corporate transformation in the insurance industry. Since 2021 research fellow at the Institute for Innovation Research and Management. Current project: "WE! - Westphalian female inventors".

Main areas of work: Qualitative research, gender, innovation research
