Multiplier-Workshop on how to work resource-efficient in Dortmund, May 20th 2016 - 05/20/2016

On May 20th, the transfer-workshop „ Working with resources gently – From the Network to the Companies” took place in Dortmund at the DASA. With 31 participants, the workshop was fully booked.

After a short presentation about the project’s background, participants – mostly unternehmensWert:Mensch consultants - slipped into the role of their future clients. Divided into four groups, towers were built to create a collective project for further editing.

Based on this, waste and burden were identified, causes analyzed and solutions developed. Those results then had to be presented convincingly.

The day finished with a short presentation about further instruments and a discussion about success-fators such as barriers of a resource-friendly working climate.
