Project “ResA” launched - 03/01/2013
In the framework of the project “ResA”, the ifi is going to develop and implement a staff-oriented initiative for skills development for a resource-saving way of operating in companies. In this way, the staff are enabled to avoid activities that do not provide for an increase in value and that are responsible for wasting resources in order to eventually counteract a further work intensification and to secure a sustainable work ability and employability of an increasingly ageing staff.
The project “ResA” (Initiative for Skills Development “Resource-saving Way of Operating”) is financed by the BMAS in the context of the programme “New Quality of Work”.
