Project ResA starts test phase - 06/01/2015
In the framework of the research project ResA, various instruments, such as a guidance leaflet and a toolbox, have been developed in order to strengthen competences of professionals and executives in resource-saving operations. Companies that are interested can try these instruments during a free consultation session and might thereby reduce waste, increase productivity and diminish constraints. At the moment, there are still vacancies for SMEs to participate in the test phase.
During this phase, one can choose from three different procedure models:
1. Internal Consultation
Assistance from ifi members for a team from the company in the implementation of a project
2. Train the Trainer
Potential multipliers from a company are enabled to conduct their own workshops
3. Company-wide Workshop
Company-wide presentation of a project and its instruments
