The ifi presents its first results from ResA - 02/21/2014
The ResA teams kindly invites to a first “milestone workshop” at the Bochum-based Technology Centre on 24 March 2014. This event is compiled for executives and professionals responsible for human resources and health in small, medium-sized and large enterprises.
Prof. Dr. Bernd Kriegesmann is going to present interim results of the project under the heading “Unused potential for an organization prepared against the demographic change”. After a case study about continuous measures of improvement, we will discuss possibilities of combining workload reduction with an increase in productivity in our discussion session “Increasing productivity and reducing constraints – an impossible thing to do? Ways towards a resource-saving mode of operating”.
